The role of a Technical Consultant at Canon Australia is to deliver services sold to business customers. This involves implementing hardware and software solutions, project management, and consultancy services.

As a Technical Consultant, you will provide pre-sales technical support to the Sales teams on Canon and third-party hardware and software solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that proposed solutions are technically correct and meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have an IT background and experience in managing projects. They will possess a high level of understanding and application of imaging, document management, workflow, and/or similar technologies.

You will be working with a team that undertakes the delivery of services sold to business customers. This includes implementations of hardware and software solutions, project management, and consultancy services.

We are seeking a professional who has a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively across multiple simultaneous projects. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' work experience in Information Technology, IT systems integration, and/or consulting.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and work with the latest technologies. You will also have flexible work-from-home options available.
