  • Confident on the phone – you enjoy speaking with people and can handle calls with ease.
  • Customer-focused – you listen, build rapport, and understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to introduce products and services.
  • Generate leads and sales opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Follow up with customers via phone and email to build strong relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software and update customer databases.
  • Track and report on calls and leads, etc.
About You
  • Comfortable with cold calling and sales conversations.
  • Able to engage and build rapport with a wide range of customers.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and data entry.
  • Persistent, goal-driven, and proactive.
Work Schedule
  • Part-time role: minimum 6 hours per day, 5 days a week (30+ hours/week).
Remuneration

Salary negotiable, based on experience and skills.

Location

St. Marys (Office-based, Monday to Friday).
