The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor

As a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible training services to students through accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring. You will work with a dedicated team of trainers and empower students to build confidence, knowledge, and careers through personalized service.

Your Key Responsibilities include:
  • Deliver accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Deliver Employability skills
  • Assess students' skills and tailor training accordingly
  • Manage your caseload within set milestones
Criteria for Success
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116, TAE40122) or Diploma in Higher Adult Education
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Minimum of 2 years industry experience
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques for mature learners
  • Effective advisory, coaching, and mentoring skills
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Clear National Police Check
  • Current Working With Children Check
