We're looking for a driven Category Manager – BBQ Accessories to take ownership of one of our most dynamic and innovative product categories.

Job DescriptionAbout the Role

As the Category Manager – BBQ Accessories, you'll lead the end-to-end category lifecycle — from strategic planning and supplier negotiation to pricing, promotional execution, and product innovation. You'll play a key role in driving sales, margin growth, and customer satisfaction through a compelling, market-led range.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the BBQ Accessories category

Own the range: source, evaluate, and manage products across their lifecycle

Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, rebates, and terms

Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and store teams to execute promotions

Analyse performance data and adjust strategy to optimise sales and margin

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and legal standards

What You'll Bring

5+ years' experience in category management, buying, or merchandise planning (retail or FMCG preferred)

Proven success in driving category performance and managing supplier relationships

Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing and promotional levers

Analytical mindset with solid Excel skills and ERP experience (NAV or similar)

A passion for product and innovation — especially in outdoor living or lifestyle categories

Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment
