Our studio is filled with incredibly talented and passionate artists that are determined to change the way animation is produced and treated in the industry. Our biggest IP; Digital Circus, has amassed over 350 million views on the pilot alone and we have a lot more still to come.

Job Information:

This fast-paced role will see you work with our logistics and merchandise teams across as you ensure that our merchandise is fulfilled to our B2B and B2C customers efficiently and on time. You will be exposed to the entire supply chain cycle as you coordinate new POs with our factory, update our buyers on shipments, maintain our inventory records, and solve regular problems that always appear during international shipping.

With interest in our products on a meteoric rise, this is a prime opportunity to work with international partners and globally recognised retailers as you represent one of the internet's fastest growing brands.

Your duties will include:

  • Consistent communication with our manufacturer, warehouse, distributor, and retailers to ensure that all stakeholders are informed along all stages of the supply chain journey.
  • Ensuring that inventory systems across our Shopify, supplier OMS, and wholesale catalogues are consistent and accurate to each other.
  • Assisting with the preparation of new SKUs for wholesale distribution by completing GTIN registrations and compliance safety tests, and then registering products in distribution partner portals.
  • Logging and transferring pertinent data from retailer POs to our warehouse for efficient distribution.
  • Working closely with the Logistics and Fulfilment manager to reduce fulfilment costs and delivery times.
  • Regularly providing the finance team with updates on distribution shipments and inventory payables for the accurate forecasting of cash flow.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in 3PL, fulfilment, international shipping, supply chain, or similar role.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
  • Familiarity with Shopify inventory systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A passion for problem solving and a detail-oriented mind.
  • Excellent and fast communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Be extremely organized and have a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with SQL or similar database software.
  • Engaging personality and willingness to learn.
  • Positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for making things.
