NetSuite ERP Professional Services Consultant - School Finance Systems (APAC)

Responsibilities

As a Professional Services Consultant you will closely work with Senior Consultants and Project Managers to implement a full-fledged CRM and financial solution for schools and support post Go-Live phase.

Analyse, gather and document client's business requirements

Conduct sessions with clients over phone or in-person, organise project meetings and trainings, provide status on progress of activities and deliverables.

Participate and contribute to the solutions design/best practices and knowledge share activities within the team consisting of other functional and technical consultants.

Provides accounting design and system customisation adapted to the needs of the client.

Unit of Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and deployment with client's data

Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users

Ensure the project/projects are delivered within budget and all variations are quoted, discussed with the client, and followed up as required

To provide ongoing communication to the Senior Consultant and project manage task with the assigned team

Look for ongoing improvements to methodology and processes for delivery

Provide clients with consulting advice and general assistance and be a 'go-to' resource for specific functional areas during post Go-Live and Support phase

Help clients run their businesses more effectively through the implementation of creative and innovative business systems / solutions framework

Inter-state travel may be required.

Must Have

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business Management/Business Analyst discipline.
• 2-3 yrs work experience in implementing Business Process as System/Business Analyst or System Admin involving Financial/Business/Accounting/ERP related software
• 2-3 years of experience working with School Finance Systems to understand the educational nuances in this environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of business practices as related to Accounting, Audit, Business Process, Management and Administration ideally in not-for-profit sector.
• Ability to understand change management and business process mapping
• Ability to translate client business requirements into business solutions
• Customer relationship acumen and focus on consulting skills
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (both verbal and written)
• Excellent client and stake-holder management
