Systems and Communications Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Systems and Communication Coordinator to join our print sales Retail team. This role provides vital support to the print sales team ensuring smooth communication and execution of Retail promotions across the business as well as secondary support to the B2B Subscriptions team.
You'll play a key part in maintaining systems and supporting the Field team with tools like Salesforce and Maps to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
**Retail Promotions Coordination**
+ Coordinate communication of retail promotions and programs to internal and external stakeholders
+ Support the field team with the planning and tracking of in-store activities via Salesforce
+ Manage POS distribution nationally, including quantity planning and delivery of promotional materials
**B2B Subscriptions Support**
+ Assist with the onboarding, maintenance, and renewal of corporate digital subscriptions
+ Manage the Corporate inbox and respond to client enquiries professionally and efficiently
+ Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience across accounts
+ Conduct weekly revenue reconciliations between Salesforce and Disco to ensure reporting accuracy
**Administrative Support**
+ Submit invoices nationally and manage purchase orders, supplier onboarding, and financial tracking
+ Ensure full compliance with Company policies and principles
**Who are you?**
+ Experience in a similar support or coordination role
+ Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce
+ Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively
+ A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
+ Flexibility and resilience to adapt in a dynamic and changing environment
+ A collaborative working style that helps drive team and business success
