Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:
Purpose: Will be responsible for meeting team targets, employee retention, and achieving efficiency of assigned geography, employees, and sources while keeping the team motivated and engaged.
Area/ Geography Mapping:
- Responsible for allocation of geography at team level.
- Should work closely with team members on geography mapping.
- Audit and review the progress of area mapping regularly and share reports with superiors.
Source Relationship Management:
- Manage relationships with all sources in the assigned area.
Joint Calls:
- Conduct daily joint calls with the team, including source visits and sales calls.
Channel Partner Recruitment:
- Identify and empanel channel partners.
Team Huddle:
- Conduct daily team huddles as per the process.
Team Review:
- Implement and review sales processes, LMS, and dairy functions of team members.
HSPL Hub Coordination:
- Coordinate with credit team regarding loan applications and update team members.
Location: Lucknow
Experience: 5 - 7 years
Salary Range: As per industry standard
Functional Area: Business Development Manager

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Marketing with an inclination towards sales
- 5+ years experience in Home Loan Products
- At least 1 year team handling experience
- Managerial experience required
