Position Summary :

This role offers a total compensation package that includes a base salary plus superannuation and an uncapped sales incentive plan.

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for achieving revenue growth targets, analyzing industry trends, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer concerns promptly. Success in this role requires persuasive communication, rapport-building skills, negotiation abilities, and leadership qualities.

Performance Duties :

  1. Meet with prospective and existing clients in person regularly.
  2. Research and analyze potential prospects to generate new revenue.
  3. Service existing accounts and develop new ones through daily planning and outreach.
  4. Achieve sales revenue targets.
  5. Lead contract negotiations and close deals successfully.
  6. Submit contracts following company policies.
  7. Maintain all activity records in the CRM and keep management informed.
  8. Gather marketplace intelligence on competitors' pricing and products.
  9. Recommend product, service, and policy changes based on market evaluation.
  10. Address customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and reporting findings.
  11. Enhance professional knowledge through industry events and networking.
  12. Build relationships with prospects and suggest solutions to improve their operations using Arealytics' offerings, generating leads via canvassing, cold calling, partnerships, and referrals.

Expectations :

  1. Ensure smooth execution of sales activities and customer service tasks.
  2. Accurately record sales activities, customer interactions, and potential leads in the CRM daily.
  3. Preferably have experience in the commercial real estate industry.
  4. A bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  5. Proven sales experience is required.

Education / Qualifications :

  1. 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or SaaS sales.
  2. A bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite.
