About the Role

Lismore Community & Allied Health have a vacancy for a Social Worker to join their professional team to provide comprehensive and appropriate Social Work assessment and intervention as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).

This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of up to 30 weeks for up to 32 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.
