The OpportunityWe are looking for a full-time Cadastral Surveyor based in Sydney, NSW.
As a Cadastral Surveyor working within our Sydney team, your responsibilities will include:
- Assist with cadastral projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Assisting in the management and maintenance of surveying equipment, ensuring its proper functioning and calibration.
You are an experienced Cadastral Surveyor with relevant qualification in surveying with 2-3 years of experience.
Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
- You may already lead a team or are looking for your next step in your survey career
- Hold formal survey qualifications, and preferably are a Registered Cadastral Surveyor or working towards gaining your registration in the near future
- Are self motivated, self aware and open to self improvement
- Have the courage to make decisions and communicate honestly & professionally, to achieve optimal outcomes for the business
- Have an emerging level of strategic thinking, and strong planning and problem solving capabilities
- You have legal working rights for Australia

You will also be aneffective communicator and team player, able to collaborate seamlessly with project stakeholders while anticipating and solving challenges before they arise.
