An exciting permanent opportunity exists to join the BOQ Group team as a Senior Mobile Banker. This key role will work in the growth corridor between the northern Gold Coast, Logan City and South of Brisbane.

An exciting permanent opportunity exists to join the BOQ Group team as a Senior Mobile Banker. This key role will work in the growth corridor between the northern Gold Coast, Logan City and South of Brisbane.

In this role, you'll support the delivery of BOQ Group's strategic plan by turning leads into meaningful customer outcomes. You will manage leads from initial appointment through to application and settlement, taking full ownership of the end-to-end lead management process. With a focus on providing tailored solutions, you'll deliver results that align with business objectives while keeping the customer's best interests at the forefront. Clear, consistent communication will be key as you engage with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll also collaborate closely with internal BOQ partners to help enhance and streamline the overall customer experience.

About You

You are a customer-focused professional with a solid background in financial services, recognised for your strong communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships within the community.

With sound local market experience, technical knowledge of business development principles and a good understanding of market and competitor trends, you're well-positioned to drive growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
