The Importance Of This Role

We're looking for a dedicated Production Manager at our Seven Hills site. This role combines administrative tasks with hands-on involvement in assembly operations. You'll coordinate daily schedules, manage production workers, liaise with commercial customers, and ensure quality standards. Our site focuses on assembly and relabelling. A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important than experience.

In The Day-to-day Duties Of This Role
  • Provide supervision and leadership to production workers and production team leaders during the relevant shift to ensure all objectives are met.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules and production activities.
  • Liaise with commercial customers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
  • Manage scheduling of daily production, identify backlogs and bottlenecks, and resolve.
  • Compile and deliver information to the Site Manager and ensure reports are accurate and relevant for contractual reporting.
  • Review costs with the B2B team to ensure accurate and efficient spend.
What You Can Bring To The Team
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling production to meet deadlines and meet customer needs.
  • Experience in leading a team to achieve set outcomes and desired behaviours.
  • Working knowledge of relevant Workplace Health and Safety legislation to ensure compliance.
  • Competency in the use of Microsoft Office and production-related software packages.
