We are searching for a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our team at OPSM Chadstone

In this role, you will:

  • Build a high-performing team focused on achieving KPIs and sales targets
  • Lead and motivate the team daily
  • Coach and develop through training
  • Create a customer-centric shopping environment
  • Maintain compliance with brand standards and promote best practices

You will bring:

  • A proven record of sales success within a KPI framework
  • Strong problem-solving skills and relationship-building ability
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in retail management in high-volume, fast-paced environments (desirable)
  • Optical industry experience (preferred but not essential, as training is provided)
