About The Role

Store Managers oversee daily retail operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and work closely with optometrists to deliver a superior customer experience. They also coach staff in effective selling and customer service skills.

About The Person

This role suits individuals from retail or healthcare backgrounds. Optical industry experience is helpful but not essential. We seek organized, caring leaders who can think on their feet and support the growth of our brand. Additional requirements include:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar retail management role.
  • Experience with budgets and staff scheduling, compliant with local labor laws.
  • Mandarin/Cantonese language skills preferred.
  • Optical work experience required.
  • Availability Tuesday to Saturday preferred.
