Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Leader to join the team at Lorna Jane Hervey Bay store. Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for the Lorna Jane Brand, strong leadership skills and proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Driving sales with your team to achieve targets and KPI's
  • Recruit, train, develop and succession plan your team – we love to promote from within
  • Manage daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising and housekeeping
  • Roster your team in line with store trading
