Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will help create and sustain a high-performance culture and ensure great customer experience across the store, including:

  • Supporting multiple areas within the store, from customer facing to back of house.
  • Providing a high level of customer service before, during, and after the sale.
  • Assisting with merchandising to support the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience.
  • Supporting efficient stock delivery and processing into store following receiving processes.
Qualifications
  • Passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people.
