We want you

We are looking for a fantastic Cook to work in our dynamic BOH team–cooking a Modern Australian menu. If you have experience working in fast paced restaurants, functions and events environments, delivering premium quality, we would love to hear from you.

Do you have?

  • At least 2 year experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Basic food preparation skills to support chefs
  • Understanding of cleaning chemicals
  • High level of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Immaculate grooming and presentation
  • Clear communication, customer service orientated
  • Flexible availability – week days and weekends
