Role Overview: In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models and data-driven solutions. You will spend several days a week working collaboratively in our Ballarat office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to drive data insights.

Analyse large datasets to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver AI solutions.

Optimise and scale data science projects to improve efficiency and performance.

Research and apply new technologies to enhance our AI capabilities.

Maintain clear documentation and reporting of processes and project progress.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

Proven experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages.

Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, etc.).

Hands-on experience with data analysis, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
