Overview

Sales & Warehouse Operator (Gyprock) - Bunbury, WA. Full-time role based in Bunbury, WA. Reports to the Store Manager and joins the Gyprock Trade Centre to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service for all customers in store and in the warehouse.
  • Stock movements and the maintenance of stock.
  • Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, including loading customers\' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
  • Ensure documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to.
  • Contribute to warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
  • Contribute to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets.
  • Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Your hours are Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 4pm.

What You Bring To The Role
  • Forklift licence is desirable or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to approach, connect and confidently interact with customers.
  • Eagerness to learn about products and services.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines.
