We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement and Purchasing Officer to support clients across a range of industries, including government and commercial sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your expertise in diverse environments and build valuable stakeholder relationships.

What you'll do:

Source, negotiate, and purchase goods, materials, and services in line with client or organisational requirements.

Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and value for money.

Raise and manage purchase orders, contracts, and associated documentation.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to plan and forecast purchasing needs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and relevant procurement standards.

Contribute to supplier performance reviews, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous process improvements.

What you'll bring:

Experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt to different industry requirements and work across varied procurement categories.

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems is desirable.
