Role Description
This role is focused on maintaining and expanding post-sales relationships with partners. You will be responsible for supporting key accounts, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring partner success through proactive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of growth-focused partner accounts
- Conduct regular outbound calls to build relationships and expand product usage
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, success, and support teams
- Lead quarterly business reviews with partners to align on goals and explore expansion opportunities
- Proactively manage renewals and partner satisfaction
- Identify sales-qualified opportunities to feed into the sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting using structured methodologies
- Track and improve customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT)
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize workload
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, BANT)
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with quota-based roles and technical SaaS solutions
- Understanding of partner ecosystems in the technology services space
