Quinn Allan are proud to be exclusively partnering with a leading real estate investment and development group specialising in large-scale land subdivision projects across Australia. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, the business combines strategic investment expertise with deep industry knowledge to drive long-term value across its portfolio.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to work across the full investment lifecycle, with a strong focus on financial modelling, feasibility analysis, and project performance forecasting. You'll play a key role in assessing investment opportunities, structuring debt and equity, and preparing decision-making insights for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and refine 3-way financial models to assess the performance and viability of complex land subdivision projects.
  • Analyse and challenge key financial assumptions across multistage development feasibility models.
  • Conduct detailed project-level reforecasting to assess performance and profitability over time.
  • Assist in the structuring of debt and equity arrangements across active and prospective investments.
  • Calculate and interpret project and equity IRRs, NAV, and other critical investment metrics.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners, lenders, consultants, and senior leadership.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • ~5 years' experience in a top-tier consulting, investment banking, corporate advisory, or real estate investment environment.
  • Proven strength in financial modelling, with the ability to build and interrogate detailed, dynamic Excel models from the ground up.
  • Exposure to property or real estate investment is highly desirable – particularly across residential land or built form development.
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical rigour, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, driven attitude with a genuine interest in the property sector.
