We are looking for Front of House Managers right now


Think you've got the skills to lead a team to success? This is the role for you. Our Front of House Manager role is rewarding and will require you to lead crew members and support them in providing exceptional guest service and value for money. You will lead teams through providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction. Our Front of House Manager plays a crucial part in maintaining the store and contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.


Do you have what it takes to join our crew?


Chargrill Charlie's Front of House Managers are reliable, determined and responsible. Prior leadership experience is required; you'll need to lead and delegate tasks to others, while also being empathetic with regards to guest complaints and other requirements. An understanding of the hospitality industry and proficiency in Microsoft Office will be highly helpful. If you love food, are results driven and passionate about leading people and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and delegate tasks to Front of House team members; provide clear direction, coaching and support.
  • Maintain exceptional guest service and value for money; create feel-good customer experiences in every interaction.
  • Support store operations and contribute to continuous improvement of the business.
  • Handle guest complaints empathetically and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other shifts and departments to ensure smooth service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • Prior leadership team experience is required.
  • Understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Passion for food, results-driven, and ability to lead people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
