About the role:

Unique Laser is currently seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, and committed individual to join our production team based in Coopers Plains, QLD.

  • Operate a CNC Laser cutting machine
  • Ensure component quality
  • Handle materials
  • Operate a forklift
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Operations Manager

An industry background in engineering, fabrication, or laser/plasma cutting would be advantageous for success in this role.

About the candidate:

  • Previous experience as a Laser / Plasma operator is desirable but not essential
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hold a current Australian forklift license (essential)
  • Well-developed computer skills
  • Availability to work in shift environments
  • Reliable, honest, and hardworking
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Training in machinery operation will be provided
