Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Valves Technician, located in Perth, WA. The Valves Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, testing, and calibration of various valve systems. Additional tasks include conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting, executing valve overhauls, and ensuring compliance with all safety and industry standards. The role will involve working with other team members and liaising with clients to deliver high standards of service and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in valve maintenance, testing, and calibration to NATA standard
  • Skills in troubleshooting and diagnostics
  • Knowledge of manual, actuated, and control valves
  • Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
  • Capability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Water, or Defence industries is a plus
