Customer Service Attendant - Cafe - On Spence (Casual)

Company: Trinity Petroleum is an independent petroleum company with 16 Fuel & Convenience retail outlets in North Queensland.

We are seeking an energetic, reliable individual with some experience in food preparation and a passion for high-level customer service. The role involves cleaning, restocking duties, merchandising, and stock rotation. Flexibility to work across store hours, including weekends, is essential. The position requires physical capability for heavy lifting and being on your feet for extended periods.

To succeed as a Customer Service Attendant, you should be a positive team player who strives to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Food preparation
  • Food cleanliness and hygiene
  • Operating the register
  • Providing friendly customer service
  • Handling cash and transactions
  • Merchandising and stock maintenance
  • Maintaining site appearance and cleanliness

Qualifications and skills:

  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Previous experience or willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Flexible attitude adaptable to business needs
  • Outstanding customer relations presence
