A respected national mid-tier law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor with 2+ years' post-admission experience to join its growing Property & Strata Law team, based in its Sydney office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice that advises major developers, strata managers, government bodies, and commercial property owners on a diverse range of matters.

About the Role:

  • Advise on a wide range of property transactions, strata disputes, and regulatory compliance issues

  • Work with clients on by-law drafting, strata renewals, dispute resolution, development advisory, and leasing

  • Assist in the acquisition, development and management of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects

  • Represent clients in NCAT and court proceedings involving strata and property-related disputes

  • Collaborate with a nationally integrated team offering mentorship and real progression opportunities

About You:
  • 2+ years PQE with experience in property, strata, or real estate law

  • Familiarity with strata legislation (e.g. Strata Schemes Management Act) and property transactions

  • Strong client relationship skills and attention to detail

  • Confident managing matters independently and contributing to a team-focused culture

  • Excellent communication and drafting abilities
