We have Full-Time and Part-Time Sales Assistant and Senior Sales Assistant positions available for those ready to create memorable customer experiences and bring the Flo & Frankie touch to every shopping moment. Responsibilities
  • Deliver memorable customer experiences and represent Flo & Frankie in-store.
  • Collaborate with a warm, supportive team to achieve store goals.
  • Support daily store operations and contribute to a successful boutique opening and ongoing customer service excellence.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-focused retail environment with a collaborative mindset.
  • Warm, approachable, and engaging; can make customers feel welcome from entry onward.
  • Interest in fashion and passion for helping customers feel confident and look their best.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well as part of a team.
  • Positive, adaptable, proactive, and willing to learn and grow.
  • Senior Sales Assistant: proven fashion retail experience with leadership capability to guide teammates and elevate the customer experience.
