Join our state-wide Through Care Team, focusing on male youth clients at high risk of reoffending.
The role :
- Deliver intensive, high-quality casework to targeted male youth detainees (pre and post-release);
- Collaborate with correctional facility staff, specialist advocates, and other stakeholders;
- Provide referral pathways to male youth clients, their families, and communities;
- Report on the impact of your casework and network referrals;

About you :
- Possess a Degree in Social Work or Behavioural Sciences from a recognised institution, or have at least five (5) years of relevant work experience in case management within the Criminal Justice System;
- Have professional familiarity with the Criminal Justice System;
- Hold a current Driver Licence, have a reliable driving record, and be willing to drive for work (essential);
- Experience working with clients in our network is highly regarded, as are qualifications, research, or current studies related to trauma-informed practice with young people and children.
