Your role Responsibilities Producing news and feature-length articles with the editorial team.
Collaborating with partnerships, digital, AV, production, and events teams.
Attending industry and staff events, and training where appropriate.
Filing copy that meets editor expectations and deadlines.
Producing daily bulletins and proposing editorial ideas.
Learning podcast production and coordinating logistics and transcription.
Building a network of professional contacts and sources.
Promoting the brand and sourcing content at industry events.
About you Qualifications Completed or be undertaking tertiary qualifications in journalism or equivalent.
Some media experience is desirable.
A passion for storytelling and exploring issues.
Strong interest in news and information sharing.
Comfort in meeting and talking to diverse people.
Well-developed research and writing skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.
Willingness to take direction and feedback.
