Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Experience Design, you'll be responsible for crafting, developing, and delivering impactful CX initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders across TAFE.With current high demand, you'll have the chance to lead and contribute to projects that enhance learner experience, support student success, modernise course development and review processes, and inform needs-based community engagement.
You'll bring your full skillset to the table, working alongside multidisciplinary teams including researchers, CX designers, data analysts, educators, and program leaders.Some travel may be required to conduct research and engage directly with customers and stakeholders.About YouTo succeed in this role, you'll bring proven experience in delivering customer experience, human-centred design, and design thinking projects within large organisations.
