Due to significant growth, opportunities exist for multiple project managers (Defence Support Services Panel skill levels 2-4) to join our team.
You will work alongside our clients within the Department of Defence, contributing to projects at the forefront of Defence's current transformation.

What You'll Do Working on high-profile government projects, your role will be varied and vital.
You will provide critical project management support to our Defence clients.
Key responsibilities may include: Providing project management, commercial, and capability management advice across the acquisition and sustainment lifecycle.
Supporting the development of policy and regulatory approvals to ensure the operational airworthiness and safety of Army's aviation platforms.
Leading capability management activities for the AH-64 E Apache Introduction into Service (IIS), managing project documentation, budgets, and stakeholder coordination to achieve key capability milestones.
Assisting in the development and implementation of training solutions in response to recommendations from the Talisman Sabre 2023 Aviation Safety Incident Report (ASIR).
Developing and maintaining key project documentation, including schedules, risk registers, and briefs for senior leadership.
Coordinating with Defence Prime Contractors, CASG Project Offices, and other key stakeholders to manage deliverables and ensure project outcomes are met.
Fostering strong, collaborative relationships with clients and representing the firm in working groups, planning conferences, and governance boards.
What You'll Bring We are seeking skilled professionals from a range of backgrounds.
You will be a great fit if you possess: Demonstrated experience in project management, program management, procurement, or contract management, ideally within the Australian Government or Department of Defence.
A strong understanding of the Defence capability lifecycle (CLP), procurement methodologies (such as ASDEFCON), and commercial risk management.
Proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with influence with clients and diverse stakeholders.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently on unstructured tasks.
Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Business, Law, Engineering) or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Project management qualifications are highly desirable.
A minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) AGSVA security clearance, or the ability to reinstate a previous clearance.
