You'll oversee everything from team development and customer service to inventory, KPIs, and venue performance.What You'll DoLead by example and drive exceptional customer experiences.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and smooth daily operations Manage daily operations, stock control and inventory Champion a safe, positive work environment that meets all Health & Safety standards Recruit, train, motivate and develop a high performing team Own key metrics like Labour, COGs, and P&LWhat we're looking for:Leadership experience in retail or hospitality (QSR = bonus)A people first mindset with demonstrated experience building strong teams Positive, proactive, and hands on.
