Within this dynamic environment, the Tennis Team Lead plays a crucial role in the Risk and Trade division, with teams located in Melbourne and Dublin.Global Sports encompasses a diverse range of sports, including the Tennis product.
As a Tennis Team Lead, you will step into a dynamic role responsible for delivering operational excellence across the Global Sports trading team.Reporting to the Head of Global Sports, you will lead the Tennis strategy ensuring efficiency and long-term success.
As a Tennis Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Traders, driving forward the Global Sports Tennis product for the Flutter Group.
Working closely with teams across the wider Flutter group you will help provide a best-in-class Tennis product that excites customers across group brands, meeting the demands of key stakeholders across the business.ResponsibilitiesContinually develop, motivate and inspire a team of staff comprised of experienced individual contributors and their Direct Reports, along with individual contributors ensuring high levels of productivity and driving quality.Undertake regular performance analysis of Global Sports Tennis product, uncovering avenues to enhance trading and enrich the customer experience.Elevate team performance and efficiency by identifying opportunities to revamp existing processes and pioneer new ones.Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to define team operating standards through development of ambitious KPI's and continue to use your knowledge and expertise to ensure that the team deliver at the highest standard.Help define and implement the Global Sports Tennis strategy, guiding the team to long-term success.Work collaboratively with the Global Sports Leadership Team and engage with Technology and Brand teams to deliver a world-class product.Take charge of various Global Sports-oriented projects, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the team and the Tennis proposition.Foster excellence by empowering traders through personalised development plans, mentoring and frequent one-to-ones.About YouYou'll bring with you:Proven record of resolving complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions.Strong Leadership and Culture capability and high competency in people management.Evidence of consistent advanced knowledge-sharing and process improvement/optimisation.Familiarity with wagering products, systems and betting features.Strong SQL or Excel skills and an interest in learning other analytics tools is desired.Strong Mathematical competency.Expert report-writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.Comprehensive knowledge of Flutter's global brands.The PerksWe work hard and play hard, so along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, here's some of our other perks:25 days annual leave.Genuine flexible and remote working policy with a $1050 work from home office allowance.Tailored career development programs.Discounted gym memberships, free breakfast, loads of event and conference tickets.Access to our Employee Assistance Program and a Circle In membership.Industry leading Parental Leave support program with 26 weeks paid leave for Primary Carers and no wait time.
