Your Role In the role of ITSM, you will work closely with our clients and internal stakeholders at Capgemini to manage the lifecycle of IT services, including planning, delivery, and support.
You will manage the configuration and administration of ITSM tools and provide incident management support to resolve incidents.
You will proactively identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor performance to optimize IT service delivery for our clients.
Your Profile Extensive change and release management experience, with demonstrated success operating ITIL Service Transition processes within large and complex IT environments.
A strong service management attitude, with a commitment to quality standards and continuous improvement.
Comprehensive understanding of service delivery technologies relevant to IT Service Management.
