The role We're excited to welcome an experienced Project Manager (PM) to our team in Melbourne, where you'll have the opportunity to work on impactful projects and grow your career with us.
As a Project Manager at CTPG, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of education and commercial projects.
Working alongside our experienced team, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills, receiving ample training and mentorship through the CTPG Academy, our in-house training program.
This program is designed to help you further your career and knowledge in the property and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project management team to plan, execute, and close out projects.
Taking on more responsibility once you are up and running.
Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving issues.
Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Contribute to quality control, risk management, and compliance.
A degree in Construction Management, Building Quantity Surveying, Engineering or Architecture or a related field Strong leadership and project team management skills Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Relevant project management experience within the property and construction sector Proven track record of successfully delivering high profile projects.
Project experience within the education and commercial sectors is highly desirable Australian Citizenship or Permanent Australian Residency Driving License What We Offer: Experience working on some of VIC's most prestigious and iconic projects.
