Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Property Projects Manager. As part of our Enterprise Services division, you will be responsible for leading and managing various property projects across their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

This is a high-impact position requiring strong stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and project management expertise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored property solutions that meet operational and strategic goals.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in property project management, preferably in industrial property, consulting, or construction. They will possess a strong understanding of APAC industrial property markets and have delivered projects within them. Commercial and strategic mindset, along with excellent communication skills, are essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Property Development/Project Management qualification (desirable)
  • 8+ years of experience in project or development management
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, Adobe, AutoCAD, and Project tools
