This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role — working across functional workstreams, guiding the delivery team, and ensuring the program aligns with business goals.You'll work closely with the Project Manager, offshore leads, and key stakeholders to drive quality outcomes — without being tied to day-to-day configuration.
But when things get complex, you're not afraid to dive in, problem-solve, and lead by example.
This is a role for someone who loves owning the big picture while staying close enough to the details to make a real impact.What You'll Be Doing: Lead the end-to-end coordination of Workday functional workstreams across the program lifecycle.Partner with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in functional designs and processes.Work alongside the Project Manager to maintain project health, ensure timely delivery, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.Guide offshore and onshore team members on delivery expectations, blockers, and best practices — you're their go-to sounding board.Review key deliverables for consistency, completeness, and quality, raising red flags before they become issues.Facilitate design reviews, testing plans, and process validation to ensure scalable, user-centric outcomes.Act as a trusted advisor when challenges arise — whether it's navigating scope decisions or validating a proposed solution.Step in when needed to help clarify requirements, align priorities, or unblock delivery — you're not just a leader, you're a team player.Requirements What You Bring: 8–12+years of experience in Workday implementation , with hands-onexposure tofunctional modules Strongunderstanding of Workday HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Time tracking or other modulesExperienceleading and managing offshore delivery teams,on complex transformation projects.Strongcommunication and facilitation skills — you're just as comfortable in anexecutive steering meeting as you are in a hands-on technical deep-dive.Aneye for quality, consistency , and what "good" looks like in Workday delivery.Aflexible, pragmatic mindset — willing to get hands-on when the situationcalls for it.
