About the Role As a S&S Banking Consultant, you will provide outstanding sales and service support to customers through face-to-face interactions and inbound & outbound calls.
Your responsibilities include handling Everyday Banking inquiries, account openings, and related processes while balancing team, customer, risk, and performance outcomes.

Role Location : Shop G26, Kippa Ring Village, Kippa Ring QLD 4021 Role Type : Permanent, Part Time Work Hours : 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday Note : All training required will be up to full-time hours for the first 3 months.
What will your day look like?As a S&S Banking Consultant, you will: Deliver customer-obsessed service that drives satisfaction and first call resolution Provide accurate information on inquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone and online channels Support and educate customers on digital platforms for personal banking, empowering self-service Support digital onboarding processes for a seamless customer experience Listen, build trust, ask the right questions to exceed customer expectations, and improve outcomes, resulting in strong NPS scores Contribute to a team culture balanced across people, customer, risk, and performance Ensure compliance with internal policies, external requirements, legislative standards such as Privacy and FSRA, and Underwriting Guidelines What will you bring?To succeed, ideally you will have: Experience delivering high-quality customer service Comfort with digital customer service platforms Ability to troubleshoot digital banking applications and mobile services Understanding of digital verification and ID validation systems Proficiency in digital payment technologies like mobile wallets and online payments Ability to handle digital banking queries and empower customers to manage accounts online You're not expected to have all these skills.
