Production Engineer Help drive underground production excellence in a dynamic hard-rock mining environment.

Join a high-performing team where your expertise in mine planning, drill & blast, and production delivery will shape daily operations.

Reporting to the Underground Mine Manager, you'll assist with planning integration, crews, and ensure safe, efficient execution of mining activities.

This is your chance to make a tangible impact in a technically advanced, fast-paced setting.

This role is offered on an 8/6 roster.

FIFO From Perth.

Key Responsibilities Produce and deliver mine plans and Mining Instructions.work with senior engineers to ensure all plans are delivered to Operations team which are practical and executable.

Oversee, train and mentor Mine production team Maintain Daily spatial compliance of Operating Key performance areas.

Communicate the mine production plans to all relevant personnel to foster awareness of targets and directions for the Mining Operation.

Incorporate feedback across all horizons of the operation into the designs.

Liaise with all aspects of operations to ensure communication of production plans Assist with End of Month operational Reporting and reconciliations Ensure the drill and blast procedures are up to date and provide optimum balance between safe and economical Production.

Carry out project work under the direction of the Planning Superintendent/Senior Engineers.

Ensure the geological and survey departments are informed of the operation's requirements and priorities towards drill and blast.

Knowledge of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Essential: Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent from a recognized tertiary institution.

Current "C" Class Western Australian Driver's License.

Proven relevant experience in underground mining operations National Police Clearance Ability to pass a pre-employment medical Preferred: Extensive experience in underground mining operations.

Previous management and statutory leadership experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills at all levels.

Analytical mindset with excellent reporting abilities.

High-level planning skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Deswik software.

Adaptability to evolving industry practices and procedures.
