STAR is accredited with Work Cover WA, SIRA in NSW, Work Cover in QLD and Worksafe in the ACT.
This Opportunity Based at STAR's Surrey Hills' offices and reporting its Perth based COO and owners, the key position of Eastern Australia Operations Manager is tasked with leading STAR's operations in NSW and the ACT.
This is a growing part of the STAR business which already has an accomplished team of employees and contractors in place.
You will play a crucial role in building and running a high-functioning rehabilitation team, overseeing the operational performance of STAR Eastern Australia, ensuring it meets outcome results, quality metrics, legislative compliance and financial performance.
This will also be an external facing role, engaging with STAR's many key stakeholders including insurers, brokers and employers.
About You You will be someone who enjoys the responsibilities of leading and growing teams, creating great cultures and building businesses.
Ideally, you will have a background in OT, Physiotherapy, Psychology or an aligned discipline, with workplace rehabilitation/ injury management experience.
You will also be passionate about continuous improvement and service excellence and not afraid to mix your strategic leadership with getting into the weeds when necessary.
