About the role:
In this role, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on creating a clean, comfortable, and homely environment for residents.
Your responsibilities will include general housekeeping duties such as cleaning resident rooms and common areas, replenishing supplies, and supporting laundry tasks as needed.
You'll also assist with moving large items like furniture and rubbish bins, while ensuring all work complies with infection control and food safety standards.
Shift paperwork and maintaining cleanliness across the site are key parts of the role.

You are capable of managing a busy and physically demanding workload while remaining flexible and responsive to changing priorities.
You have a high level of comprehension and attention to detail, along with strong time management skills.
Your person-centred approach enables you to engage meaningfully with residents, and you relate to the aged care population with genuine empathy, understanding, and respect.
