Deliver what matters to customers by identifying and responding to customer demand, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
Drive continuous improvement by supporting the integration of the P&I teams into IOOF, identifying opportunities to streamline and enhance processes.
Foster strong connections by embracing the Client First culture and aligning P&I practices with IOOF values and behaviours.
Provide comprehensive, end-to-end case management, ensuring timely and effective resolution of all cases.
Collaborate with internal teams and engage the appropriate resources to troubleshoot and resolve issues with e Business systems.
Ensure all information and access provided to internal and external customers is accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.
What You Will Bring: Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)RG146 accreditation (desirable)2–3 years' experience in financial services, ideally in client services, operations, or e Business support Understanding of e Business principles and experience using online systems Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g.
Xplan, Visiplan, e-Portfolio) preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Knowledge of superannuation and insurance products, legislation, and compliance Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or case management systems (e.g.
