Administration Support – Insurance Aon is looking for candidates with general insurance experience who have a passion for client service and/or an interest in developing their insurance career.
In this role you will be providing support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your successResponsibilities: Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs Engaging in communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance requirements.
Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner Manage key stakeholder relationships with Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service How this opportunity is different As an Aon colleague, you will never be limited by your job title.
