About the Role (your why) This is an exciting time to join Datacom as we look to grow our Service Now practice in Australia.
As a Service Now - Senior Functional Consultant, you'll be the conduit between the client's business users, stakeholders, and the implementation teams.
This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to develop your analysis, design, communication, and diplomatic skills.
You'll be comfortable engaging with clients at all levels, leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions, and articulating Workday concepts.
Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney.
We encourage in-person collaboration when possible, but also support flexible work arrangements to promote work/life balance.
What you'll do As a Service Now - Senior Functional Consultant, you will manage multiple projects with high-profile clients.
You will lead Service Now workstreams, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, and support activities.
You will oversee testing, knowledge transfer sessions, and user training.
The ideal candidate will be recognized as an expert in their field with demonstrated success in similar client-facing roles.
You must hold an Australian Passport and NV1 Clearance due to project requirements.
Additionally, we're looking for: Strong Service Now technical knowledge and configuration skills TSM specialization, including understanding of ITIL best practices, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design, and SIAM Knowledge and certification in other modules Ability to configure Catalogue Items and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity Previous implementation project experience Service Now Functional Certifications and CSA (desirable) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Why join us at Datacom?
