About the Opportunity The 1:1 Marketing and Communications team focuses on delivering exceptional member experiences through timely and relevant communications.
The team develops and executes strategic communications across compliance and service portfolios, ensuring a seamless multi-channel approach.
Role Overview The Marketing and Communications Coordinator supports the Marketing Lead and team in executing initiatives and managing operational member communications.
You will handle small to medium projects from concept to completion, thriving in a fast-paced, independent environment.
Key Responsibilities Develop communication plans and briefs to facilitate operational planning and execution.
Coordinate production of communications and marketing projects, ensuring sign-off from relevant parties.
Manage service and marketing communications aligned with strategic objectives.
Support the implementation of Brand and Marketing initiatives.
Maintain content calendars for service communications and campaigns.
Track compliance communication progress and report on initiatives.
Success Factors Strong skills in developing and executing communications across marketing channels.
High stakeholder management capability.
Experience in fast-paced environments.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Effective, credible communication skills.
