Job Description Montu is growing fast and so is our network of pharmacy partners.
We're looking for a Pharmacy Operations Partner (POP) to join our team and play a key role in supporting, growing, and optimising our pharmacy distribution channels.
As a POP, you'll be the go-to person for both new and existing pharmacy partners, building strong relationships and ensuring our operational standards are upheld across the network.
You'll coordinate pharmacy onboarding, monitor service levels, support day-to-day processes, and look for ways to improve how we work together.

What you'll be doing: Building and maintaining trusted relationships with pharmacy partners Supporting the rollout and onboarding of new pharmacies, including training and documentation Working closely with partners to optimise workflows and improve efficiency Monitoring service levels and addressing issues where performance standards aren't met Visiting pharmacy sites to strengthen relationships and provide hands-on support where needed Maintaining accurate records of workflows, processes, and pharmacy performance Identifying opportunities to improve compliance and implement better processes Supporting your team with data dashboards and regular performance updates Handling day-to-day requests from pharmacy partners and internal stakeholders Qualifications Experience with building strong relationships with external stakeholders Satisfactory national police check.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and promote cooperation.
Strong project management skills, including implementing new programs and processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills to handle internal and external issues calmly, positively, and professionally.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations, deadlines and ambiguity appropriately.
Ability to manage frequent interruptions and adapt to changes in workload and schedule.
