About the role..
Are you a creative professional with a flair for design, content, and connection? Join our dynamic team as a Marketing & Communications Coordinatorand play a key role in shaping the voice and brand of our organisation.
As the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you'll support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, help craft engaging content, and coordinate internal communications that connect our people and amplify our impact.
Reporting to the Executive Manager of Marketing and Communications, you'll work closely with a passionate team and stakeholders across the organisation to bring our brand and services to life.
This hands-on role is perfect for someone proactive, organised, and creative—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to do meaningful work every day.
Key responsibilities include: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
Coordinate the creation of marketing content including brochures, flyers, blog articles, newsletters, social media posts, and video briefs.
Manage social media scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and performance reporting.
Assist with website updates and ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
Liaise with external suppliers such as designers, printers, and digital agencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Assist in writing and proofreading content across internal and external communication channels.
Help coordinate events, sponsorships, and campaigns, including logistics, signage, and promotional materials.
Support internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and leadership messages.
Maintain marketing assets, image libraries, and ensure consistency with brand standards.
Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure all communications align with organisational policies and values.
About you..
We are seeking a self-motivated and friendly individual with: Essential Criteria: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, media or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Experience using social media platforms for business (e.g., Facebook, Linked In, Instagram).
Basic design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Criteria: Experience with photography/videography.
Current knowledge of SEO/PPC best practice.
