As a school-based physiotherapist, you can influence a child's or young person's achievement, and develop your paediatric skills with the support of a state-wide team.
A Role With Purpose The Department of Education employs over 120 physiotherapists to support students with disability to be successful in all aspects of their school experience.
They use their knowledge and skills to enable students to be healthy and engaged in all school activities.
From positioning in the classroom, to school swimming or going on camp, our physiotherapists are key members of a student's educational team.
Successful applicants can be considered for suitable positions in the next twelve months.
You will be asked to indicate your preferences for locations and employment fraction/type on submitting your application.
